Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an IT Project Manager/Scrum Master for a large healthcare/insurance client of ours. This will support the Member Journey Orchestration. This is a project management/scrum master role vs. program manager. This resource will report into someone managing the program efforts but this person needs to be someone on the ground, in the weeds, making sure that the stories are written, backlog is groomed, meetings are set up, oversee day-to-day progress. Essentially, this resource needs to come in and help the technical STARs teams keep organized.

Required Skills & Experience
• Rally + JIRA experience, Work Product Management (team currently in Rally, will be migrating to JIRA next year)
• Risk Management, Budget Management, Clarity Experience (would be expected to manage a budget/resource allocations + status reporting)
• Experience with executive level status reporting
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or Scrum Master in complex, multi-team environments.
• Experience with understanding projects with regulations
• scrum + regular project experience, when they eventually get more organized into traditional teams
