Our healthcare client is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to support the continued development and commercialization of their specialty pharmacy and digital health applications. This role will be focused on building and enhancing customer-facing mobile experiences that support healthcare records, appointment scheduling, pharmacy services, and other critical health management capabilities.
This is a highly visible position that requires strong ownership, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is someone who can independently drive features from concept through production, understand the broader technical ecosystem surrounding the application, and proactively identify what is needed to ensure successful releases and user adoption.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and Xcode
• Own features throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements through deployment and post-release monitoring
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Analytics teams, Accessibility teams, and Engineering partners across multiple platforms
• Integrate services and capabilities from internal and external teams using REST APIs and GraphQL
• Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical guidance on scalable mobile solutions
• Build and maintain unit tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release processes
• Utilize observability and analytics tools to monitor application health, performance, user engagement, and API reliability
• Support integrations with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Branch, and similar technologies
• Create dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track application performance, adoption trends, and feature success metrics
• Troubleshoot production issues and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with stakeholders to define solutions when requirements are ambiguous or evolving
• Act as a technical leader who can navigate cross-functional dependencies and drive outcomes with minimal oversight

Pay rate: $10-12/hour
