Job Description

A large healthcare company is seeking an experienced IAM Business Analyst to join its enterprise security team. The client is over $370Bn in revenue and operates over 9,000 locations. They are dedicated to putting people first from their customers to their employees, engaging with customer feedback to further innovate to provide the best care possible, simplifying processes for care, creating a trusting environment, and to creating the safest and highest quality of care to keep patients protected. The client is dedicated to giving back to those around them. They have stared a Foundation to provide financial support to the communities to help with areas such as maternal health, mental health, scholarships, free health services/screenings, etc.

The Business Analyst of Identity Data Services will join a team of Engineers, Product Managers, and Solution Architects within Identity Access Management (IAM) space for the client. This position will include product management, and business analysis of IAM solutions as well as support of vendor products primarily related to graph databases, LDAP directories, virtual directories, credential management systems, and single sign-on. The selected candidate will liaise with partner teams and must effectively manage our relationships, influence scope accordingly, and drive the work of partner teams.

Operating within DevOps and Agile frameworks as part of our Product Management Model, an ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills as well as the ability to help manage a suite of products through Continuous Improvement/Continuous Development strategies. Team Player mentality is a must. This position will require strong Program/Product Management skills and is expected to lead team-members in assignment of and completion of tasks, with an ability to keep product teams on schedule as well as assist with strategic direction specific to Identity Data Services and the management of the client workforce.


Compensation:
$8/hr to $11/hr for India
$12/hr to $18/hr for Latam
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ Years of direct experience with Identity Access Management (IAM)
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst lead in IAM
- 2+ years of organizational change management experience
- 2+ years of experience writing clear communications to broad audiences (e.g. company-wide)
- 2+ years’ experience with end-to-end IAM implementations for a large enterprise with technologies including LDAP directory, virtual directory, graph databases, identity lifecycle management systems, access reviews/certification, and/or credential management systems (SSO/MFA)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-General understanding of DevOps CI/CD or similar (Agile Scrum, Kanban, etc).
-Strong team player that works well horizontally and vertically with others of varying skill levels and experience.
-Ability to clearly define and present solution development ideas in a team environment.
- Working knowledge one or more of the following: JAVA, .NET, LDAP queries, Neo4J, and MySQL
- Experience with one or more of the following: REST API integration
- Experience writing Linux shell scripts
- Product/Program management leadership
- CISSP preferred
- 2+ years of database queries (e.g. MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle)
