Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced AI Frontend Platform Engineer to join a leading health solutions company that provides healthcare and retail pharmacy services. This role is vital in helping build a new enterprise AI platform that will be leveraged across multiple teams within a Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) organization. This is a greenfield opportunity where you will help define both the frontend architecture and AI user experience from the ground up. The platform will provide a common AI layer that allows users to interact with enterprise data through conversational chat experiences, upload and process documents and images, and leverage agentic AI capabilities embedded into business workflows.
The ideal candidate combines deep frontend engineering expertise with hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using technologies such as LangGraph, LangChain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern LLM platforms. They have worked in both startup and enterprise environments and understand how to balance speed, innovation, scalability, and maintainability. This is a long term contract opportunity, starting at one year with opportunity for extension or conversion.
Compensation: $_50_/hr. to $_60_/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of software engineering experience.
-Strong Frontend software engineering experience building modern web applications with: Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
-Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI capabilities into applications.
-Experience working with: LangGraph, LangChain, RAG architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs)
-Experience building chat-based experiences, copilots, or AI-powered applications.
-Strong understanding of API integration and microservice-based architectures.
-Experience designing scalable frontend solutions used by multiple teams or business units.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
