Summary:
As a project manager you will focus on developing and leading campaign initiatives aimed at improving member experience amongst Medicare member population. You will serve as a liaison between all stakeholders, remove blockers from team members, and ensure projects are completed on time.
Responsibilities:
Learn the existing process to launch campaigns and explore new ways to reach out to members using more complex member journeys (e.g., SMS -> email -> IVR -> reminder email).
Document steps to launch campaigns to enable other teams to follow in your footsteps
Develop excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders, including data scientists, creative writers, marketing, legal, and brand teams.
Create detailed project schedule to guide clients, staff, and project teams and follow through to ensure that projects are delivered on time.
Remove blockers preventing data scientists, creative writers, and marketing teams from moving forward with campaign plans.
Work with stakeholders to define appropriate metrics to evaluate those campaigns and work with data scientists to identify data sources to use in evaluation.
