A Fortune 50 Retail Pharmacy Company is seeking 1-2 Data Analysts to support the Pharmacy Benefits Management Team. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career and help drive decision making for key business initiatives. Additional responsibilities include:
* Getting the answers to the questions from stakeholders, such as the Pharmacy call center.
* Diving into the data and the system; the databases are accessed using SQL from Teradata or snowflake.
* Data analytics support - immediate needs. The Data Analyst will be supporting the operational processing of files identifying members, interventions, medications, and working with the results of these interventions recorded in access-type database. Create waterfalls, identify drop-offs, monitor performance, refresh files.
* Conducting complex quantitative analyses.
* Building models using advanced analytical tools and platforms.
* Managing and prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines.
* Supporting technical development and testing.
This would be a completely remote position and the expert on this project needs to be able to work within EST hours. We are looking for someone who can start immediately and support the organization through the end of the year.

- Experience in Pharmacy Operations liaison/SME: This data analyst will be working with health information such as patient info, demographics, medications, provider/prescriber information. The workflow is relatively complex, but isn't something that can't be taught
