Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Scheduler to support a large-scale enterprise program within the retail/construction space. This individual will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and analyzing complex project schedules across multiple initiatives. The Scheduler will partner closely with program leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure timelines are accurate, risks are proactively managed, and enterprise goals are met in a cost-effective manner. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive scheduler who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and wants exposure to high-visibility, enterprise-level programs.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in project/program scheduling
Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM)
Experience managing baseline vs. planned vs. actual schedules
Ability to identify, analyze, and communicate risks and issues
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Familiarity with design and construction processes

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with web-based enterprise tools, including:
Tririga
SAP
Ariba
Retail, enterprise, or multi-site construction program experience
