Insight Global is seeking a business systems analyst to sit in Hartford, CT or fully remote but work east coast time zone. This person would be joining the commercial claim/engineering team supporting a mature scrum environment that is around mainframe/DB2 systems that process close to 1 million in claims a day.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Elicit and document detailed business and system requirements.
Manage and resolve open issues across multiple work efforts.
Quickly acquire system knowledge and develop thorough requirements.
Facilitate complex requirement discussions with large groups.
Follow fast-paced conversations to identify and document key requirements.

Experience in medical claim adjudication, including an understanding of the roles of providers, members, and plans.
Proficiency in healthcare terminology related to medical claim handling.
Ability to add value to the team with minimal direction.
SQL
Enjoys challenges and is proactive in problem-solving.
