Insight Global is seeking a UM Change Management Specialist for a large health insurance client of ours. As a UM Change Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that organizational changes within the Utilization Management (UM) department are effectively managed and adopted. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies that facilitate smooth transitions and enhance the efficiency of UM processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute change management plans to support UM initiatives. ensuring that organizational changes within the Utilization Management (UM) department are effectively managed and adopted. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement change management strategies that facilitate smooth transitions and enhance the efficiency of UM processes.
Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness within the UM department.
Collaborate with UM leaders to identify and manage potential resistance to change.
Design and deliver training programs to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Communicate change management strategies and updates to all relevant stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and make necessary adjustments.
Provide coaching and support to UM staff and leaders throughout the change process.
Document change management processes and maintain comprehensive records.

UM background (Utilization Management)
Strong organization skills
Project Manegement skills as it pertains to processes, partnership management, communication, etc.
Change Management experience
Experience presenting to execs from an enterprise level organization
Expeirence with Rally
Experience working in an Agile environment
Stakeholder & partnership management experience
