Insight Global's large healthcare client is hiring for a Business Analyst within Clinical IT Solutions. This person will play a key role in supporting product implementation, upgrades, testing, data archival, and maintenance for Utilization Management and Care Management functions. With over five years of experience, the ideal candidate will bring expertise in both business analysis and quality assurance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, functional clinical products. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, executing detailed test plans, performing various types of testing including UAT, and supporting data archival in compliance with regulations. The role also involves troubleshooting product issues, facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams, and presenting project outcomes and KPIs. Operating within Agile frameworks, the Senior BA will guide teams through effective product delivery strategies while staying current with industry best practices.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong emphasis on quality assurance functions.
Strong understanding of product testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and UAT testing.
Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including business requirements, test plans, and test cases.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
Experience with .Net applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Good understanding of the Application Architecture and latest technologies
Experience with data archival processes and regulatory compliance in the healthcare industry.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Rally).
Knowledge of clinical applications and systems used in Utilization Management and Care Management.
