A large scale, fortune 4 retail healthcare company is looking for a Project Manager to join the PMO supporting their Pharmacy organization Growth team. This person will be brought on to oversee the release of updates to technical systems. Job duties include developing release schedules, providing support during the technical release process, and ensuring that production systems are functional following a successful release. The position plays a strategic role in bringing continuity and standards to the implementation process and delivering quality business needed solutions across a variety of platforms and operational environments. This individual will come from a background of project management or a related role having been involved with the delivery/management of software releases. In addition, they must have the necessary communication, analytical and multi-tasking abilities to be successful in this role. This will be on- site 1-2 times a week in Woonsocket, RI.
Compensation: $45-55/HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. 7+ hands on Strong Project Management experience within IT Delivery / Release management
Technical Project Management exp - Ideally in a healthcare setting
Experience working on AI delivery projects
Experience working with Software Engineering and Mobile Engineering leaders
Experience working with digital transformations, migrations etc.
Strong Excel background (V-lookups, pivot tables)
Experience creating and executing project plans
End to end project lifecycle delivery inclusive of working with business and technical teams, KPI/roadmap development & oversight, Budget management
Strong communication skills/ability to drive solid requirements and coach project teams
Project size/scope of 1 million + or at an enterprise level. Managing multiple projects and programs.
