Job Description

Position Overview
Insight Global is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Integrations Developer to provide backfill support for a PeopleSoft Campus Solutions environment with a strong emphasis on data integrations and system upgrades. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing integration workflows, supporting major upgrades, and ensuring system stability across multiple PeopleSoft modules. The ideal candidate is a seasoned PeopleSoft professional who can operate independently, mentor others through best practices, and ensure seamless knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, support, and maintain data integrations within the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions environment
- Design, manage, and troubleshoot integration workflows using Informatica
- Support and validate major PeopleSoft upgrades, ensuring custom code and integrations comply with new versions
- Diagnose and resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and performance issues
- Work across multiple PeopleSoft modules, owning integration logic end to end
- Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders to gather requirements and understand complex data flows
- Review and remediate code to ensure compatibility during system upgrades
- Document integration specifications, data mappings, workflows, and operational runbooks for knowledge transfer
- Follow ITS standards for change management, testing, and code promotion
- Support PeopleSoft environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Work within Linux-based systems
- Provide guidance and leadership appropriate for a senior-level resource

Pay Range: $45-58/hr

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience, with deep exposure to integrations
- Strong experience supporting PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
- Proven expertise in Informatica for ETL and data integration within PeopleSoft ecosystems
- Solid understanding of PeopleSoft Integration Broker and related integration technologies
- Experience supporting or leading major PeopleSoft upgrades, including code compliance and remediation
- Ability to read, interpret, and document complex data mappings and schemas
- Experience working in a backfill and/or knowledge-transfer capacity
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and “hold your own” in a senior role
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft in Oracle Cloud environments
- Familiarity with Linux systems
