Job Description
As a Scrum Master, you will guide agile teams in delivering high-value products and services efficiently. You’ll facilitate team ceremonies, coach on agile best practices, and help remove impediments to progress. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to align delivery with business strategy and ensure data accuracy for informed decision-making. You’ll foster healthy team dynamics and lead conflict resolution efforts. Additionally, you’ll support release planning and scaling initiatives across complex workstreams.
Compensation:
$55/ HR - $65/ HR
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in a dedicated Scrum Master role
• Advanced Scrum certifications (e.g., A-CSM, PSM-II)
• Expertise in agile methodologies and scaling frameworks
• Technical (software engineering) background within financial organization
• Strong leadership and organizational change management skills
• Proficiency in agile metrics and data-driven decision-making
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Tokenization and Cryptocurrency
