Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with specific experience implementing Salesforce. This person will work with vendors, other project managers, subject matter experts,
and internal and external stakeholders to:

A. Work with multiple project managers on State and vendor teams to ensure timely and
coordinated delivery of deliverables and various portions of the project.
B. Manage multiple workstreams with multiple vendors and State stakeholders.
C. Maintain integrated, master schedule.
D. Document and track risks and mitigation plans actively.
E. Monitor timely completion of tasks by vendors and the State.
F. Maintain master documentation of overall system functionality.
G. Document the application support procedures for internal and external users.
H. Monitor the documentation and quality of business processes and workflows developed.
I. Ensure comprehensive documentation is developed and maintained by the vendor.
a. This includes documentation on role-based permissions.
b. Procedures for adding/removing user accounts.
c. Reports identified by the Business stakeholders.
J. Review deliverables provided by vendors to ensure quality of deliverables prior to approvals.
K. Establish and maintain a RAID log.
L. Establish and maintain a RACI matrix along with the vendors and the State Project Management
team.
M. Create and update weekly status reports.
N. Document and report on changes in scope of the project and ensure change control process.
O. Communicate delays and obstacles that may compromise or delay the project.
P. Provide periodic updates to State Project Management and Vendor Management teams on
vendor performance and deliverables.
Q. Manage budget and financial process of the program.
R. Schedule and facilitate project meetings and distribute meeting meetings, in coordination with
vendor.
S. Oversee configuration of system per business specifications.
T. Oversee testing and validation of the system to ensure successful completion of configuration,
regression, performance testing as well as planning of User Acceptance Testing.
U. Ensure vendor resolution of defects through the testing phase.
V. Work with Change Management and Agency Readiness teams to ensure training, delivery, and
implementation of the ERP project.
W. Focus on user experience implementation of digital portal experience for multiple user groups.

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to work a hybrid schedule onsite in Providence, RI
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Demonstrated experience on working on large implementation projects with multiple vendors.
• Experience with digital portal and constituent-facing or customer-facing implementations.
• Experience implementing Salesforce or a similar ERP system.
• Experience running standup meetings.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated leadership managing and tasking people.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management in multiple agencies.
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and time management skills (ability to
multi-task while meeting deadlines).
• Experience in project management tools (JIRA and Confluence) and collaboration tools (Microsoft
Teams and SharePoint).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Prior State or Government experience a plus.
• Project Management certification a plus.
