A customer of Insight Global is looking for skilled technicians with mechanical and electrical focus to join their team. You will be responsible for performing preventative and reactive maintenance on various equipment, such as pumps, valves, and conveyors. You will also troubleshoot and resolve any tensions issues that may arise with the conveyor systems.
To be eligible for this position, you must have at least Tech Level 2 and demonstrate basic mechanical, industrial, electrical and manufacturing environment skills. Any additional certifications will increase your eligible payrate.
We have three openings for 2nd shift (6 PM to 6 AM). This is a 6-month contract with the guaranteed extension or permanent hire, should you be performing the role up to the organization's standards.
Two of the three openings require an electrical license of some kind or enrollment in getting one.
All tools are provided by employer, no personal tools.

*3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance (or commercial if you have an electrical license)
*Pump, valve, pressure vessels, cranes & hoists and/or conveyor maintenance and repair experience
*Journeyman or Master, Electrician or Pipefitter
*Ability to pass a background check & drug test
* Enrolled in or possession of a license in one of the following: Plumbing, electrical, welding
*Prior experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
