Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Technical Writer to support a top enterprise client in the healthcare/retail space during an organization-wide rollout of Claude and AI-powered tools. This individual will play a critical role in driving adoption by translating technical concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable content for a broad internal audience. The ideal candidate is an experienced technical writer who can partner closely with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to create high-quality documentation, communications, training materials, and enablement content. Familiarity with AI platforms, LLMs, and Claude is a strong plus, though this role is not hands-on engineering. This person will help ensure employees understand how to use AI tools safely, effectively, and confidently as part of their day-to-day workflows. Roles and Responsibilities include:
• Draft and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation related to Claude, AI agents, and internal AI-enabled tools
• Create enablement content including:
o User guides and how-to documentation
o Internal FAQs and knowledge base articles
o Training materials, presentations, and demos
o Adoption and change-management communications
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible content for non-technical audiences
• Partner with Claude engineers, product owners, IT, security, and business stakeholders to gather information and validate content accuracy
• Support internal AI rollout efforts by documenting standards, guidelines, guardrails, and best practices
• Develop onboarding and training content to help employees understand when and how to use Claude effectively
• Collaborate with enablement, learning, and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels
• Continuously refine content based on user feedback, adoption trends, and evolving AI capabilities
• Help establish content templates and documentation standards for AI-related initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, Enablement Specialist, or Documentation Lead in an enterprise environment
• Strong ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience creating training and enablement materials (guides, presentations, FAQs, onboarding content)
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously
• Comfortable learning new technical concepts and asking the right questions to ensure accuracy
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Familiarity with AI platforms, LLMs, or conversational AI tools (Claude experience is a plus)
• Experience supporting enterprise technology rollouts or change management initiatives
• Exposure to collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, or Confluence
• Basic understanding of AI governance, security, or responsible AI concepts
• Experience documenting technical architectures, workflows, or system behaviors (at a conceptual level)
