We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead with 5+ years of experience leading small engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment. This role blends technical leadership with people management, focusing on embedded systems and Python development, with a strong emphasis on validation and testing.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first line of technical support for the team, helping triage and resolve engineering questions.
Collaborate with the Tech Lead on code reviews, merge requests, and technical direction.
Lead SCRUM ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming in support of the Scrume Master.
Own and manage JIRA tasks, ensuring clarity and prioritization.
Conduct weekly/biweekly 1-on-1s with developers to support growth and performance.
Attend cross-functional meetings with Project Managers to align on timelines and deliverables.
Contribute to coding efforts when bandwidth allows, primarily in Python and C++.
Champion validation and testing practices across the team.

Proven experience as a Team Lead in embedded software and Python environments.
Strong background in validation and testing (preferred over embedded specialization).
Proficient in Python and C++.
Familiar with SCRUM, Kanban, and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
