Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Scrum or Agile Coach to join a major Canadian Space Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
Lead and coach a large team in applying SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) at scale.
Adapt and guide teams working with various hardware, including FPGA and test equipment, ensuring seamless collaboration between software and hardware teams.
Provide leadership and coaching to board designers and test equipment teams, focusing on agile product increments.
Serve as an agile coach, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and effective communication.

Required Skills & Experience

8-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
Proven experience in coaching and leadership roles.
Ability to guide teams in applying SAFe principles effectively.
Strong understanding or previous experience supporting hardware projects in agile environments.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with FPGA design and testing projects
experience with embedded systems
