Overview
We are seeking an experienced Python Full‑Stack Developer to support ground‑based applications used for satellite tooling. This role is primarily backend‑focused and centered around integrating third‑party and purchased tools into existing applications, with occasional GUI development.
You will work as part of an agile development team that supports mission‑critical satellite operations, collaborating closely with systems, product, and engineering stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and application components using Python
Integrate third‑party and commercial tools into existing applications and platforms
Support and enhance ground‑based applications used for satellite tooling and operations
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions
Contribute to limited front‑end or GUI development as required
Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives
Document designs, integrations, and workflows using Confluence
We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
This position is 4 days/week on-site in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, QC. Successful candidates must be compliant with CGP and Reliability clearances.

Nous recherchons un(e) Développeur(se) Python Full‑Stack expérimenté(e) pour soutenir des applications sol utilisées pour l’outillage satellite. Ce rôle est principalement orienté backend et axé sur l’intégration d’outils tiers et commerciaux dans des applications existantes, avec un certain volet de développement d’interfaces graphiques.
Vous ferez partie d’une équipe de développement agile soutenant des opérations satellites critiques, en collaboration avec des équipes systèmes, produit et ingénierie.
Responsabilités principales

Concevoir, développer et maintenir des services backend et des composantes applicatives en Python
Intégrer des outils commerciaux ou tiers dans des applications et plateformes existantes
Soutenir et faire évoluer les applications sol utilisées pour l’outillage et les opérations satellites
Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour livrer des solutions fiables et évolutives
Contribuer ponctuellement au développement d’interfaces graphiques ou front‑end
Participer aux cérémonies agiles (planification de sprint, réunions quotidiennes, rétrospectives)
Documenter les conceptions, intégrations et processus dans Confluence
Ce poste est en présentiel quatre (4) jours par semaine à Sainte‑Anne‑de‑Bellevue (QC).

5–10 years of professional Python development experience
Strong backend development experience in complex application environments
Proven experience integrating external or purchased tools into enterprise applications
Familiarity with agile development practices
Comfortable working with Jira and Confluence
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
