Job Description
Insight Global is looking for Embedded Software Developers in test to join a Major Canadian Aerospace company in the greater Montreal Area. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years total experience, The successful candidate must have strong C++ development experience and Linux embedded. This role involves working at the application level mostly but at a mix of high and low level embedded.
This role will be on-site x4 days/week Monday-Thursday in the West Island of Montreal.

Insight Global est à la recherche de développeurs logiciels embarqués en test pour se joindre à une importante entreprise canadienne du secteur aérospatial dans la grande région de Montréal.
Le candidat retenu doit posséder un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience totale. Il doit démontrer une solide expérience en développement C++ ainsi qu’en environnements Linux embarqués. Le poste consiste principalement à travailler au niveau applicatif, avec un mélange de développement embarqué de haut et de bas niveau.
Ce poste est en présentiel 4 jours par semaine, du lundi au jeudi, dans le secteur de l’Ouest-de-l’Île de Montréal.

Required Skills & Experience
5 years of embedded software experience
Strong C++ Development experience
Experience in Linux embedded environment
5 ans d’expérience en développement de logiciels embarqués
Solide expérience en développement C++
Expérience dans un environnement Linux embarqué
Expérience avec un mélange de développement embarqué de haut et de bas niveau
Expérience préalable avec Git, Jira, les méthodologies Agile et Confluence
De solides compétences bilingues français/anglais sont un atout
Experience working with a mix of high and low-level embedded
Previous experience working with git, Jira, Agile, confluence
Strong bilingual FR/EN skills are preferred

Exposure to networking, routing and telecommunications
