Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a senior business analyst to support a capital markets technology team. This role is highly functional, working closely with business stakeholders across treasury, liquidity, and trade finance to drive requirements, data initiatives and regulatory deliverables. The ideal candidate brings strong capital markets domain knowledge and can bridge the gap between business and technology workflows. They will also be able to be on site 4 days a week in Montreal.

Required Skills & Experience
7-10 years of experience as a business analyst with a minimum of 3 recent in capital markets
Strong in SQL, Excel, and Jira/Confluence
Strong knowledge of treasury (systems: kyriba, murex, calypso) and liquidity concepts (funding, cash management, liquidity, risk)
Experience with trade finance and or settlements processes
Exposure to regulatory reporting initiatives
Proven ability to work with stakeholders and technology teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with data lineage concepts
Exposure to Python
Basic understanding of APIs / system integrations
