Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Services Representative for CCBO Payments Operations at a major financial institution. The successful candidate will work in the centralized wire hub, serving as the first line of defense for wire payment processing. This role involves scanning AML Program wire payment transactions against various sanctions lists, comparing payment details to relevant parties and entities, and highlighting potential matches. The specialist will ensure compliance with sanctions laws and regulations while supporting timely and complete processing of inter-bank, corporate, and retail wire payments. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-day
Transaction Processing: Fulfill transactions and perform audits/reconciliations accurately and on time.

Issue Resolution: Address discrepancies and escalated issues, including non-routine situations.

Communication: Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, following up as needed.

Administrative Tasks: Manage documentation, archive records, and assist with reports.

Process Improvement: Contribute to improving workflows and support testing/implementation of new processes.

Training Support: Provide guidance and training to junior staff when required.
