Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Facility Manager to lead facilities operations for the Montreal headquarters while providing strategic oversight to additional offices across Quebec.
This role requires a seasoned facilities leader (10+ years of experience) with strong expertise in multi-site management, budgeting oversight, vendor negotiations, capital planning, and strategic workplace initiatives. The Senior Facility Manager will serve as the primary facilities authority, partnering with senior leadership to align facilities strategy with broader business objectives.
This is a fully onsite position (5 days per week) at headquarters and requires bilingual fluency in French and English. Regional travel within Quebec is required.
1. Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of headquarters facilities and additional Quebec offices.
2. Lead and develop facilities team members, including performance management and succession planning.
3. Oversee day-to-day building operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, safety standards, and operational excellence.
4. Manage landlord relationships and high-level vendor negotiations across multiple locations.
5. Lead budgeting, capital planning, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
6. Drive space planning strategy, internal moves, and office utilization across all Quebec sites.
7. Oversee major renovation projects, office expansions, and contractor coordination.
8. Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and workplace experience.
9. Deliver executive-level reporting on facilities performance, occupancy metrics, and budget management.
10. Respond to escalated operational or emergency matters across all supported sites.
11. Align facilities strategy with long-term organizational growth and business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience
1. 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities or property management.
2. Proven experience managing multiple office locations.
3. Strong background in budgeting, capital expenditure planning, and financial oversight.
4. Demonstrated leadership experience managing facilities teams.
5. Extensive experience negotiating vendor and facilities contracts.
6. Strong knowledge of building compliance, safety regulations, and operational standards.
7. Proven experience overseeing renovations and capital projects.
8. Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
9. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
10. Fully bilingual (French / English).
11. Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Montreal and travel within Quebec as required.
