A large software and gaming customer is looking for an Associate Producer in Montreal or Brazil to join a cinematics team.
They will produce in-game and in-engine trailers and cinematics. The person in this role will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of various
artistic disciplines to create industry-leading video content.
The person in this role will be responsible for the following:
Work with the production lead to organize weekly or daily reviews for trailers, recording notes
from those reviews and communicating tasks to artists
Maintain a shot tracking database of tasks for active projects and ensure that Shotgrid/Flow
schedules are up to date
Work with the Director, Production Lead, and VFX Supervisor to triage notes from reviews.
Anticipate issues and communicate them rapidly to the Production Lead
Communicate information quickly and succinctly to project crew and other departments
Ensure that renders are uploaded and delivered to video editors on-time for reviews.
Encourage and help maintain a positive, upbeat and professional environment

Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a production role in the film and/or game industry.
Shotgrid/Flow Experience
Specific knowledge of pre-visualization, animation, or VFX pipelines
Ability to remain calm and confident in an environment that changes rapidly.
Highly organized with excellent production management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work with a large team.
Ability to own a project from inception to delivery.
Passion for games and creating videos.
