Intermediate Financial Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support a capital markets technology division within a leading financial institution. In this role, you will own a portion of the enterprise technology financials, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for a fast-moving, technically complex business unit. Successful candidates will be located in Montreal and willing to be on site 2 days a week.

3+ years of financial analysis experience within technology, capital markets, or a large-scale financial services environment. Proven track record managing enterprise technology charges, headcount reporting, vendor contracts, and multi-million dollar project budgets in a matrixed, high-complexity organization. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong reconciliation, financial analysis, auditing, and cost accounting capabilities. Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis with the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership across technology and business functions. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in technology or financial services strongly preferred.
CFA designation is an asset but not required.
