Job Description

Insight Global is hiring Sales Representatives for one of our leading solutions partners in Montreal! In this role, you will act as a strategic partner for some of the organizations top clients including executives and business owners across Fortune 100 companies. The successful candidate will be a motivated, sales-driven person who can provide support for customers while building their own book of business. This role is highly incentivized by commissions on top of a competitive base salary, therefore the metrics of success will be put in place on a week-to-week basis with sales leaders.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bilingual French and English

-Highschool diploma

-Two or more years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or another relevant industry

-Experienced skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a "never lose" mentality earned to build relationships, impact businesses for the better, and achieve success.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Prior quota-carrying experience

-Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales
