Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Bilingual Service Representative to support one of Canada's largest Banks for an on-site 6-month contract. This role focuses on day‑to‑day deposit and payment operations, ensuring accurate transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and service excellence in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

-Process deposit and payment transactions (cheques, electronic payments, lockbox, remote deposit, account maintenance)
-Ensure all activities meet SLAs, policies, and regulatory standards
-Analyze data, resolve discrepancies, and support reporting and tracking
-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve workflows
-Support quality control, training, and operational process improvements

Required Skills & Experience

-2–3 years of banking or financial operations experience
-Strong analytical, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills
-Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-Knowledge of payments, deposits, and operational risk
-Bilingual in French & English (required)
