Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Lead Python Developer to Lead a team of Developers at a large Canadian Bank. They will provide technical direction, review codes and ensure quality standards.

This role requires you to be bilingual in both English and French. The successful candidate will also be required to be onsite 2 times a week in downtown Montreal.

Required Skills & Experience

-Experience leading a python development team
-Expert in Python 5-10 years and knowledge of various different programing languages.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Proficiency in Visual Basic
-Experience with AI technologies, preferably Copilot
-Key role in migrating legacy systems (FoxPro, Visual Basic) to modern technologies (Python, SQL)
-Extensive hands-on experience with relational databases
-Previous experience in AWS environments, with familiarity in IAM policies
