Job Description
An aerospace employer is looking for an SAP Solution Architect within the Digital Technology Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team focused on Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP). This person will be responsible for designing and managing smart, scalable planning systems that help the company forecast demand, manage supply chains, plan production, and optimize inventory. They are responsible for managing and administering specific platforms including SAP, IBPO, and APO. This resource will work with advanced SAP tools like ECC, APO, and IBP, and play a key role in the company’s transition to SAP S/4 HANA. This includes leading both large and small projects, supporting existing systems, and helping different teams across manufacturing and aftermarket operations improve their planning processes. This person will be expected to configure SAP Production Planning and Materials Management modules, recommend best practices across Demand/Supply Planning, Operational Planning, and Inventory Optimization, and find innovative ways to automate and improve planning workflows. They will work will directly with various teams to support smarter decision-making and more efficient operations across the company.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience as an SAP Solution Architect
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP planning tools (ECC, APO, IBP), especially in demand, supply, and production planning
- Proven ability to design, document, and implement scalable and cost-effective system solutions
- Experience configuring SAP PP (Production Planning) and MM (Materials Management) modules
- Deep understanding of planning processes like SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning), inventory optimization, and operational planning
- Ability to lead and support both new implementations and enhancements of existing systems
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal)
