Insight Global is seeking a Quality Specialist to join a top aerospace company located in Longueuil, QC. The Quality Specialist will work within the Supply Management Quality group to enhance global quality performance for suppliers by reducing supplier escapes and OEM interventions through various initiatives. The role involves reviewing, understanding, and identifying issues impacting product quality and flow, and driving timely corrective actions and improvements.
Key responsibilities include synthesizing and analyzing data to pinpoint contributors and systemic issues causing product escapes and OEM interventions, following up on progress, addressing roadblocks, escalating issues, organizing and leading process walks at supplier facilities, driving process maturity, liaising with internal organizations for support, and establishing communications with internal and external stakeholders.
This role is 5x a week onsite, with flexibility between Mirabel and Longueuil sites (50/50 split).

- Technical degree in machining/forging or Bachelor's degree (mechanical preferred) and 8+ years experience
- Experience in inspection of composite parts, metrology, quality assurance
