Insight Global is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join the Digital Engine Services team at a leading aerospace company onsite in Longueuil, QC. The Customer Support Representative provides day to day technical support to customers/aircraft operators across the world for Digital Engine Services (DES) engine data acquisition and transmission systems. This position is responsible for in-service activities, including coordination and support of DES systems with internal Front Line organizations as well as the coordination of all DES technical communications internally and with customers/operators/aircraft OEMs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers/aircraft operators/aircraft manufacturers across the world for Engine Data Acquisition and Transmission Systems.
- Provide technical support of DES systems and Oil Analysis Technology with Front Line organizations.
- Lead DES technical communications internally and with customers/operators.
- Support field upgrade campaigns of DES systems and Oil Analysis Technology
- Lead development of DES tools/services for customer support team
- Work with customer support team situated across various locations
- Actively support and participate in the program field issues summary meetings
This role is 5x week onsite in Longueuil, QC.

- Bachelor of Engineering degree and 5+ years work experience
- Previous experience in an aerospace customer service or maintenance
- Experience with programming in Python
- Hands-on experience using data visualization tools (PowerBI)
