Insight Global is seeking an Aerospace Customer Manager to join a top aerospace OEM in Longueuil, QC. This position is 5x week onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned General Aviation accounts, ensuring service levels and contract terms are met.
- Oversee a diverse customer portfolio, delivering high-quality service and support.
- Lead contract management efforts to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to support program strategies and service improvements.
- Act as the primary liaison for engine maintenance events and customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill contractual obligations.
- Track and resolve customer actions, including preparing briefing materials.
- Maintain and support engine event forecasts.
- Participate in or lead continuous improvement initiatives.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Aeronautics, Finance, Operations).
- 5-10 years of professional experience.
- Strong project management and business acumen.
- Industry domain knowledge in aerospace/aviation/defence
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access).
