Conduct Site Observations and Reporting: Perform regular on-site safety observations to assess compliance with safety protocols and identify areas for improvement. Your findings will be documented in comprehensive reports that highlight trends, actionable insights, and recommendations for enhancing safety practices.

Engage in Planning Meetings: Actively participate and ensure the quality in Level , 2, and 3 - Project, Task and Field level planning meetings, as well as three-week lookahead planning sessions and daily activity briefings. Your engagement will help ensure that safety considerations are integrated into all project planning and execution phases, providing valuable feedback to GC teams.

Guide GC Leadership in Safety Practices: Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate GC leadership on clients safety requirements and best practices. You will emphasize the importance of a strong safety culture and performance, encouraging GCs to adopt proactive strategies for hazard prevention and incident management.
Supportive Leadership for GCs: Work alongside GCs to ensure their teams are prepared to meet safety expectations. Your approach will be customer-focused, involving transparent communication, active listening, and constructive feedback that fosters a spirit of collaboration and mutual respect.

Influence Without Directing: Employ influence and coaching techniques to empower GC teams. Your role is to share best practices and facilitate discussions that lead to innovative safety solutions while allowing GCs the autonomy to manage their operations.
Engagement with Multiple Stakeholders: Actively engage with various internal and external stakeholders, including M Construction, Quality, Safety, Environmental, Project Coordination, and Supply Chain teams. Your professionalism and strong relationship-building skills will be crucial in ensuring effective collaboration across all levels of the project.

Fostering Best Practices: Drive the continuous improvement of safety standards by researching and implementing industry best practices. This includes staying updated on the latest safety trends, regulations, and technologies to enhance safety performance across all projects. Encourage the sharing of knowledge and experiences among teams to cultivate an environment of collective learning and improvement.

Embrace a Growth Mindset: Promote a growth mindset within the team and among GCs, encouraging continuous learning, adaptability, and resilience. Support a culture where feedback is valued, and team members feel empowered to take initiative and explore innovative safety solutions.
