Job Description

Insight Global is currently seeking an Inside Sales Supervisor to join a client of ours in Delson, Quebec (Montreal). In this position you will be responsible for running a high-performance sales team focused on customer satisfaction. You will monitor sales metrics and manage the sales administration process ensuring all policies, practices, and procedures are adhered to. You will perform quality control checks, monitor KPIs, resolve customer issues, and provide support to both team members and customers in administrative areas such as order processing, sales quotes and claim forms. Additionally, you will collaborate with Outside Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Production and CAD, to capitalize on opportunities to drive company growth, increase client satisfaction, and strengthen customer relationships. This position will require you to be on-site in the Delson office and travel to the Vancouver office 1 week per month to be on-site with the Inside Sales team in BC as well.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field (years of experience may substitute)
- 6+ years of experience in an inside sales role in the manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of one of the following: steel, mining, industrial, recycling or maintenance repair industry
- 1-2+ years of experience as a lead or supervisor for a sales or customer service team
Comfortable creating/monitoring KPIs for team members and providing productive feedback to underperforming representatives
- Bilingual: English & French

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience supervising an inside sales team for a steel manufacturer or other manufacturing company
