An Engineering company is looking for a Construction Scheduler in the San Juan, PR area for an ongoing project involving Mechanical and Electrical renovations at a hospital. They will be replacing the current scheduler who is retiring. The Scheduler will start with a preexisting schedule and use PDM (Precedence Diagram Method) to load additional cost and resources, and have periodic meetings with the prime and construction contractors, including monthly presentations of the critical path and critical submittals. They will also create reports on time growth, expenditure S Curves for project status, and challenges that affect the schedule. Scheduling will be done in Primavera, so candidates will need to have experience with this software.
The contract is slated to go to April 2025 with possible extensions up to an additional year. The position will start out around 40 hours a week and drop to 30 hours a week. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
