Job Description
This individual will manage capital projects focused on commercial office environments, including electrical upgrades and a large roof replacement project extending into next year. They will be responsible for coordinating vendors and contractors, managing permits, and ensuring projects adhere to safety and quality standards. The role includes preparing bid packages and providing recommendations to leadership on vendor selection. They will also track project progress, manage reporting, and deliver monthly updates on project controls and overall status. This person will collaborate closely with multiple trades while maintaining a consistent onsite presence 3–4 days per week.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience managing capital projects within commercial office environments or managing utility infrastructure projects
Proven ability to manage permits, vendors, and third-party contractors across multiple trades
Experience managing capital project lifecycles including bidding, execution, and turnover/closeout packages
Experience providing project updates, reporting, and project controls on a monthly basis
Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar platforms
Provide on-site support at the Fort Washington PA facility
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working within Kenvue or J&J environments
Ability to travel to Skillman and Summit NJ
Facility Management / Soft Service Experience
PO (Purchase Order) management experience
Experience using Planisware
Experience supporting roofing or large-scale exterior projects (e.g., roof replacements, electrical upgrades)
Relevant certifications such as L5, L6, C5, or C6
