This Temporary Office Administrator will join a corporate engineering office to cover a fulltime office admin.'s maternity leave. This is expected to start in early to train with the employee before she leaves, and then last about 10 weeks until her return. There is potential for this to be longer, but that is not guaranteed. This person will handle:
- Front-desk reception duties like answering phones or security access badges
- Mailroom organization
- Ordering office and kitchen supplies via Amazon
- Any other ad hoc administrative duties that arise in the office

- Prior receptionist or office coordination experience
- Experience working in the above roles in a corporate environment
