Required Skills & Experience

Business Operations (85%)
• Manage contracts and invoicing processes
• Edit and organize PDFs and digital documents
• Track shipments and coordinate logistics
• Book domestic and international travel arrangements
• Maintain records and assist with QuickBooks (no payroll)

Personal Support (15%)
• File paperwork and documents
• Assist with insurance claims and follow-ups

What We’re Looking For
• Experience: Prior office management or administrative experience preferred
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and PDF editing tools
• Personality: Energetic, enthusiastic, loyal, and personable
• Commitment: Someone who values stability and is looking to grow with a small company
