Job Description

The Power Platform Developer will play a crucial role in supporting all end users within J&J by addressing their Power Platform requests. These requests involve developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The successful candidate will collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other team members to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions. As a senior member of the team, they will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Power Platform applications. Additionally, this role will provide support to European end users, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience. This individual is to sit remotely in the UK.



Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

* Create custom business applications using Power Apps.

* Automate workflows using Power Automate.

* Develop data visualizations and actionable insights using Power BI.

* Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Platform applications.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the platform.

* Provide guidance and best practices to citizen developers within the organization.

* Drive continuous improvement and innovation to enhance the platform's capabilities and security.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 4 to 6 years of application development experience, with at least 3 years on the Microsoft Power Platform.

- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
