A large Medical Device client is seeking an Analyst to join their Trauma department. This group consists of 9 analysts, and 2 supervisors. These analysts will be responsible for business planning, quota management, and creation/presentation of analyses for program effectiveness. These roles will be supporting the delivery of all compensation-related communications to the foot and ankle sales teams. They will also be partnering closely with the compensation system and administration analyst teams to ensure the system programs and delivery of compensation to the sales team is accurate. These individuals should be comfortable working within Excel on a daily basis.

- Experience in accounting, information systems, payroll operations and/or finance/compensation-related role is preferred
