Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Littigation Paralegal to work for a firm in Waynesburg, PA (an hour outside of Pittsburg). This role can be mostly remote/ hybrid, but they would prefer someone to come in at least 1-2 days a week. This person will be handling court filings, drafting legal documents, working on Word/Excel/etc on an Apple Macbook, prepping case binders and summaries, assisting attorneys, keeping attorneys informed of deadlines, propounding and serving discovery, compiling documents for the attorneys, proof reading, E-filing for federal court, editing and formatting word documents, prepping case binders, converting documents from PDF to word, and taking documents to the court house, managing calendars, coordinating with clients, making sure cases flow smoothly and work is caught up, assisting with legal research, assisting with discovery, and lending support to the attorneys. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years working as a Paralegal in Civil Litigation. It would be helpful if this person had experience working specifically in Complex Commercial Litigation. This is a client facing firm and we are looking for someone professional, well-spoken, and sharp.

* 5+ years of experience in Civil Complex Commercial Litigation, serving as a paralegal
* Experience working with Mac/Apple products (Mac version of MS suite)
* Tech savvy (experience with applications, AI, computers, and technology)
* Experience with Mac's version of MS Word, Excel, PP, outlook, calendars, and Adobe Acrobat
* Federal Court Experience/knowledge
* Experience working with E-Discovery, Relativity, and West Law
