A large speciality gas client is looking for a Helpdesk technician to join their team in Radnor, PA. This candidate will be supporting internal employees over the phone. Any issues that can't be resolved over the phone will be escalated to a tier 2 team. High call volume is expected - this employee will handle 40-70 tickets each day. Tickets will include assisting with login credentials, network issues, password resets, and Google Suite products. The most important thing this candidate must have is the ability to learn new technologies and skills. A go-getter personality with strong communication is necessary. The employee must be comfortable going into the office 2+ times per week on Mondays and Wednesdays.
