Job Description
One of Insight Global's clients is seeking a skilled and motivated Fire Alarm Installation Technician to join our team. The technician will work under the direction of assigned Project Managers to follow project schedules and ensure timely installations. Onsite, they will collaborate closely with electrical contractors and electricians to install and program fire alarm systems using a laptop and specialized software. The role requires frequent visits to new builds and active construction sites, where the technician will be responsible for system setup, testing, and troubleshooting. This field-based role involves traveling directly from home to various construction sites across Downtown Philadelphia, Princeton NJ, the Allentown-Bethlehem-Nazareth area, the entire state of Delaware, and occasionally out toward Harrisburg.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience working with fire alarm systems
- Previous Edwards fire alarm experience
- Experience with fire alarm installation programming using laptop
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- C+ programming experience
- Former experience working at companies like Wayman, ESS or Security instruments
