Job Description
A global infrastructure engineering software client is looking for a highly technical ProjectWise Consultant to join their rapidly expanding team! This person will provide customers with the highest level of professional services and training to implement, effectively use, and customize the client's cloud based engineering project collaboration & content management platform. This consultant will sit remote with up to 20% travel to client sites in the region.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Lead implementation and user engagement for ProjectWise, aligning with business needs across accounts.
- Install, configure, and update ProjectWise (on-premise), while managing data sources, standards, and collaborative workflows. Automate ProjectWise tasks using PowerShell scripting to customize the software based on client needs.
- Provide coaching and training on ProjectWise administration and usage, including technical documentation and procedures.
- Define and communicate user configurations and workflows tailored to specific business requirements.
- Independently manage major projects, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and present solutions to both technical and executive audiences.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in design, engineering, and construction, with hands-on experience using ProjectWise at the project level; administration experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of electronic document management, BIM standards, relational databases (Oracle/Microsoft SQL), and networking (TCP/IP, Active Directory).
- Experience with PowerShell scripting to automate tasks.
- Skilled in relationship building, team collaboration across global locations, and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capable of managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and handling pressure while meeting complex client needs.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in civil design software (e.g., Civil3D, OpenRoads, OpenBridge) and understanding of business risks in project delivery.
- Spanish speaking
- Capable of strategic planning, anticipating future trends, and managing complex workflows and decisions effectively.
