Job Description

One of our Architectural Design clients is seeking a Studio Director - Engineering (MEP) to lead and group their Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) engineering studio group. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, technical excellence and operational performance of the MPE team, ensuring seamless integration with architectural and design disciplines. The Studio Director will be overseeing a team of 9 engineers and will have project oversight for around 30-40 projects in various stages, overseeing MEP design and documentation across multiple projects, ensuring quality, code compliance and client satisfaction. This individual will also be supporting business development efforts by contributing to proposals, client presentations and interviews while cultivating client relationships and identifying opportunities for new work and studio growth. This role is hybrid in King of Prussia PA (3 days on site, 2 days work from home) and requires a PE license.

Required Skills & Experience

- 15+ years experience in Mechanical Engineering
- BS Mechanical Engineering Degree
- PE License in Pennsylvania
- Revit and CAD
