Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Program/Portfolio Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead and oversee strategic distribution initiatives. This individual will be overseeing a project portfolio related to enhancements of the SAP business technology platforms and it's related solutions such as SAP SD and SAP FI. This role involves managing multiple concurrent projects (typically 2–3 at a time) and providing oversight across a broader portfolio of active projects distributed among six program managers.

Required Skills & Experience
Lead and manage high-impact distribution programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Experience with SAP's Business Technology Platforms including modules such as SAP FI, SAP SD
Oversee a portfolio of 30+ projects, coordinating efforts across six program managers to ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across operations, technology, and business teams to support successful execution.
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Provide executive-level reporting and insights on program status, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
Champion continuous improvement and best practices in program governance and delivery.
