Job Description

Our client is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join their team in King of Prussia, PA. Your primary responsibility will be processing bi-weekly payroll for the King of Prussia, PA office. You will serve as the first point of contact for all payroll-related queries, providing support and guidance to co-workers and stakeholders, or directing them to the appropriate colleague in the People & Culture group when necessary. Additionally, you will lead efforts in tax compliance, compensation review, international/domestic mobility, and other total rewards-related audits.

Your responsibilities will include verifying time data and employee master data for payroll and off-cycle payments, ensuring compliance with regulations and payroll schedules. You will perform regular and off-cycle payroll calculations, oversee file integrations, and manage benefits data integrations between HRIS and benefits systems. You will retrieve and verify tax files, collaborate with Finance to process payments, and ensure regulatory compliance. Addressing payroll inquiries and assisting employees and P&C representatives with payroll and master data issues will be part of your role.

You will document discrepancies, escalate issues, monitor legal changes, and support system updates and process improvements. Preparing and verifying tax reports, reconciling data, and submitting required documents to authorities and auditors will be essential tasks. You will compile payroll-related reports, including expatriate payroll data, for regulatory filings, and ensure payroll accuracy in collaboration with insurers and regulatory bodies. Supporting expertise development within P&C teams and external partners on payroll processes, participating in the Global Total Rewards Matrix, and maintaining employee records in HR databases will be key aspects of your role.

You will manage the salary review process in partnership with People and Culture partners, coordinate and advise on international/domestic mobility cases, ensuring seamless transitions, and work with immigration lawyers on relocation matters. Your role will involve vendor management, process documentation, and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
