Job Description
The Fab Maintenance Team is looking for a Maintenance Technician with a focus on MOCVD to join their team. This person will monitor and optimize complex machine systems used in semiconductor manufacturing. The role involves analyzing operational data, running equipment to its performance limits, and triggering maintenance events to ensure peak efficiency. The technician will be responsible for assembling necessary kits and components promptly, maintaining strict controls around preparation and execution. A key focus is identifying trends that signal potential failures and resolving issues before they impact production. Strong problem-solving skills are essential for diagnosing faults in intricate systems with extensive piping, tubing, and valves. This is a permanent position with 12-hour shifts, 6am-6pm, 15% shift differential for night, 5% shift differential for the day. The target salary is around $100k.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience working with MOCVD equipment
Background in the semi-conductor industry
Minimum AAS in Electronics, Electro-Mechanical, Electrical Technology, or Equivalent
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Background in firefighting, pyrotechnics or similar backgrounds
