Job Description

The resource will support automation initiatives within a GMP-regulated biologics pilot plant. This role involves hands-on automation system support, integration, maintenance, and continuous improvement efforts. The individual will also contribute to documentation aligned with SDLC and GMP compliance standards.


Key Responsibilities:
• Provide automation system support and troubleshooting in a GMP environment
• Lead or support integration of new automation systems and devices
• Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements
• Contribute to SDLC processes, including documentation and SOP development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and compliance

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial automation
• Strong experience with Ignition platforms
• Solid understanding of IT/OT integration
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming
• Experience working within GMP-regulated environments
• Proven ability in system and device integration

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with PI Historian
• Experience with DeltaV systems , Unicorn
