Job Description
A small cell construction PM manages the end-to-end lifecycle of small cell and wireless projects, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, site acquisition, RF design coordination, permitting, vendor/contractor management, quality control, safety compliance, and site close-out. Key responsibilities include stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, site visits, document management (plans, RFDS, as-builts), and ensuring adherence to project scopes, safety standards, and budget. They will be working on small cell hubs in the Philadelphia area to build increased cellular capacity in the area. They will be coordinating and managing multiple construction crews and subcontractors to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Candidate must be comfortable traveling weekly to the sites for the site visits.

Required Skills & Experience
-7+ years of experience as a small cell construction PM doing CRAN builds
-Experience working with vendors like Samsung and Nokia for the build process
-Experience doing site visits, site walks, - Experience supervising the work of subcontractors subcontractor resources including architectural and engineering, environmental, FAA evaluations, and utilities.
-Experience analyzing project requirements, developing Statements of Work (SOW), and creating detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) to align with customer needs and budget
